unban time

ok its been one month Azie told me i can pay my refund to a unrelated victim of 48M and i can be unbanned im not sure where he is ive messaged him on skype i have skype message of him giving the OK ive gotten get back to business

I will collect it when possible but will be easier setting up @video to collect this. Not on my Laptop atm so cant collect just yet. @Tmoe

I confirm what Sean is saying. He tried paying back very quickly and I said he should allow a month for other user to get back. When refund is collected the unban is fine.
