Need help getting through schools firewall

AHH, I've tried countless numbers of times to get through my schools firewall, but i just cant seem to do it. So I'd really appreciate some help ;D

I want to break through the firewall to get to use the internet, view some websites, and download some files.

Im in middle school, this is on a middle school's school computer. NOTE* Don't worry about me getting in trouble with the teacher, i have her full permission, because she too wants to download and view stuff restricted by the firewall ;D haha.

Turn computer on, keep pressing F8.
Turn it on in safe mode.
Log in as the actual computer adminester.
Most schools to dum to put a password on the true admin account.
