    I think its worth checking, every account there has been banned/ all logged into the same ip at one point.

    and ip isn't enough proof you need to show they have similar interests etc.

    anyway the links look to be VPN IP matches and nothing else,

    Ip match on both is he selling the same account trained up a little?

    All the stats are either same or trained up a little.

    same bank picture + ban meter + quests, no difference's at all.
