Shexy rs07 account issue

Hi,

I didn't know where else to post this issue I wouldn't call Shexy a scammer but

I realise I'm a newcomer against a 200 dollar donor who is legit and I'm sure he is but he has sold me rs07 account with terms and agreements of not giving me recovery details for the actual account and apparently no refunds after he made an offer to refund the account back.
I purchased a rs07 account for 160m but shexy claims he was always available to contact which is a lie because I gave him the new p/w and information as we agreed he would skill and quest (second order) the account up for me, 5 days later shexy was online yet didn't respond to me after agreeing to the second order and stuff was getting suspicious so I asked him for a refund of the account. shexy offered 90m leaving a 70m profit for himself but then decided to say he doesn't offer refunds so he reneged on his terms and conditions meaning they mean nothing. the account I paid for has no security because he didn't give me the recovery details, which makes it even more suspicious. I'm not asking for a refund but I'm willing to prove all of this is true and now that I stood up to him I feel less secure about enjoying the account I paid 160m for. so I'm happy to lose it all for this to be reviewed by a mod (and hopefully I can get refunded for 90m - 70m profit still to this guy) I asked for the recovery details after I paid for the account and he still doesn't want to give them out meaning he still has ownership of the account. this guy makes terms and conditions as he goes and barely made them clear to me because he knows he can get away with it 200 dollar donor vs a newcomer, I offered to get this resolved pming a mod but he's beaten me to it claiming I harassed and blackmailed him after I was rude to him after, as anyone would if they are getting pushed around for hundreds of dollars but a dodgy guy! hopefully someone can review this and MM this issue between us.

 

Before completing the purchase you have agreed to all my terms which include:
1. I do not offer refunds on any account you buy from me.
2. You're not getting any additional info about the account, only the registered email will be changed to yours.

I've been very busy the last week and not replying at all is incorrect cause I did reply at multiple occasions.

Let alone all the harrassment you've been saying to me on Skype and you even tried to blackmail me.

 

There yo go folks, those are his terms and conditions WHEN HE OFFERED TO REBUY THE ACCOUNT FOR A CHEAPER PRICE therefore reneging on his bs 'terms and conditions' don't do business with this guy you will regret it trust me. he replied twice in six days I watched him go online and away when I left multiple messages asking if he was there he's that type of person.
He claims harassment and blackmail when I offered to go to a MM to resolve this before posting here because he's a bad business man. I'm a customer and from my experience you don't want to do business with this guy. and to respond to the harassment claims you have stolen my hard earned money and given me no security which I deserve as a buyer, keep the money I just don't want you to rip off and screw around other people! last time I'm replying here I've made a post in the scammer section to get this resolved. don't trust this guy!

 

I simply gave you an offer to re-buy the account for 90m cause you said you really needed the money. I said I didn't want to buy it back today.

P.s don't say you are always available incase there is an issue with the account because once you sold the account you were impossible to get in contact with. very unprofessional.

also he's revealing my Skype which prob also against the rules too. this guy has just proven himself wrong? hahaha

 

p.s there is no such nice gestures either bro because you have screwed me out of my money thats why I'm commenting here? you are clearly trying to cover it up now mate haha

 

@sebastjo can you provide more proof? Payment, Skype convos, etc.

Okay, upon reading the full Skype convos and talking with Shexy, I see nothing wrong here. @sebastjo clearly had a case of buyer's remorse and when denied a refund, he started to flame and harass Shexy. If there is new proof that comes up, feel free to make another report, but for now, this will be closed.
