How to sell runescape GP?

Hi every one , im a high level runescape player {100+} and i want to sell some of my mills to buy some RAM for my PC and other things i need anyways i got E-GOLD and i dont know how to use it, say im selling 1 MILLION for 5$ , how do i know if i got the money? cuz im pretty confused because there's "egold" , "esilver" , "eplatnum" so how do i know if i got 5$ and how can i take that money? using my credit card or do they send gold to me if any one's kind enough to provide me with an answer ill appreciate it

i tried that...i didnt understand anything i need some one to tell me how to use it by his expirence... and its e-gold.con NOT egold.con

 

see the exchange rate of e-gold is 24.586 per USD so to know if i got 5 dollars is if i got 24.586x5 = 122.93? is that the way it works? please some 1 help me

1st you should stop double posting and second you just tell someone your egold information and they can send you money. You should see the money in your account momentarily.
