Can a mod/admin look at this?

can i get a mod/admins help with that? i know its agenst the rules, but if i can't get anyone to do a search for that i am going to have to make another account. (since i have no bad history here could i just make another account, and have a admin do a ip check and remove the other accounts with my ip?)
