buying range pure 60-70 range

i am buying a range pure

Requirements
1. 1 defence is a must
2. 1 prayer is a must
3. 60-70 range is a must
4. hp must be either extremely high or regular, just not low...so no pc'ed pure
5. attack and strentgh may be any lvl as long as they dont make it melee based
6. mage has to be lower than range

Prices
60 range: around 700k
65 range: around 1m
70 range: around 1.2

basically im looking for a non-tank range staker

 

also...ive never bought a range pure b4 so if the prices are off tell me
