Okay, in my drunken haze I have come up with an idea that could possibly save the economy of Sythe, and decrease scamrate exponentially if utilized correctly by the Sythe.org community:

Design a client that is endorsed by Sythe himself (Sythe can compile the code and whatnot so that he knows it can be supported) that logs the IP of the people using it, and sends it to Sythe's server.

    But wait, there's more:
Upon opening this client, the user will specify their Sythe.org username, and who they are trading with (will be confirmed in the next step). The clients will connect through Sythe's server in a sort of private message client to server to client action, and then be assigned a trade ID based on the number their connection is for the day (stored in a PHP file), and then connected to an IRC channel based on that number. While connected to Sythe's server, periodic screenshots of the client area will be taken (at a long interval to prevent lag), and uploaded to the site in a private folder only accessable to user #1, #2, and moderators. They will be able to review the trade if any complaints are registered.

    But wait, there's EVEN more:
There could be say, a button, that sends a message to the private folder that says whether or not the trade went well? IDK MY BFF JILL.

Did I mention that we could modify the net library at runtime to remove the ability to proxy without some knowledge of network pipelines?

Hmmm, interesting idea. very original and I think int heory, it would work. But, the practicalilty of it. Sythe goes down enough as it is, when sythe servers are down, how can usernames/passwords be checked?

Also, the amount of data being uploaded and kept on a server would be ridiculas! And it would have to be kept for a week+, so I'm not sure about the storage and bandwidth issues.

The client would probably evenitably be exploited by someone to do some bad. Falsly accuse people of scamming. Maybe fake logins, etc.

I'm not sure, love the idea, not sure how well it would work in practice.

Still doesn't stop people from just joining here (multi-account), then using the client.

In theory the IP protection alone would eliminate that possibility, because we could have it read the banlist and keep people with x IP from using the client.
