When you click in chat you get a menu like this:

Add friend - Omfg - lvl 3
Add Ignore - Omfg - lvl 3
Report Abuse - Omfg - lvl 3
Cancel.

And on the report fill out form, You get a option that says: Mute for 48 hrs? Yes/No and you click the appropriate one.

 

yea there pretty damn gay i bought 1 mil one time account was banned thank god i got oney off before they abnned it then later i bought 4 mil and they didnt detect it went 3m then 1m i was like wtf man.

 

Jagex cant detect everything, So yeah. They are Gay.

Stacks, It just has to be done correctly (Inform about Ip change, And certen other things)

 

I've looked around and mods can go for 5 - 25m (Depends on stats)
And it will be hard to trade because of the IP thing

Good grammar is always good in anything, It helps when buying and selling, chatting and more. But I admit, I don't really have to good grammar.

 

BTW
Level does not matter, Also have all security's set, And try it on a account that is 5 months old or older.
