With a price as high as that it seems highly risky to be selling an account; Jagex may look at records of trades and see that a 300m trade had been done for nothing, then later banning you for suspicion of real life trading. He doing trades through duels have been none to be caught. I'd watch out in your behalf.

 

Ive traded gp before we can do it in increments doesn bother me, we will figure something out, a mod or admin has yet pmed me to verify the acc to know its legit, but im not taking 100m for 6 years of work and over 600m put into this account so dont even bother offering lame offers like that
