A few questions for those who have superior knowledge of computer building...

Ok, for a little background information, I know little to nothing about computers. I do know, however, that my computer is shit. Its a Dell Dimension B110 (yes, laugh, I do as well). It is your complete package if you want shitty parts. It has Intel Celeron D Processor and a motherboard that only takes DDR400 RAM and doesn't have ANY FUCKING PCI EXPRESS SLOTS! This pisses me off due to me not being able to upgrade my 64mb graphics card without it being shitty and overly-expensive. Plus it has 256mb of RAM. So, you are probably feeling sorry for me and chastising yourself in honor of my piece of shit computer, or you would be if you really loved me :)

Well there is good news, I am going to basically start replacing all of the shitty parts of this computer, but I need help in doing so. First, I'm throwing in 2gb of RAM to hold me over until I can get together the cash for my lovely parts I plan on getting if all goes well.

It will be at my house tomorrow, UPS Ground ftw.

Well heres where the fun starts. Once I save up the cash, I plan on buying a new motherboard, processor, graphics card, and another 2gb kit of RAM due to the upgraded processor. Once again however, Dell has failed me by making my current case a mATX instead of full size. Because of this, I will have to buy a new case in order to fit a full size motherboard in it. This would require me finding a case I can transfer all of my current hardware into. This is where my lack of computer knowledge comes into play. Heres where my questions, and hopefully, your helpful answers start. Are there certain cases that I would have to buy in order to be able to successfully transfer my current hardware over? Also, if all else fails, is there a way that I can build (or have built for me) a from-scratch computer with the parts that I want (listed below)?

Heres my list of the parts that I want, tentatively of course:

Motherboard (I don't mind changing if it isn't up-to-par, as long as it is compatible with the processor I want) -

    New RAM -

Processor (I am pretty much set on getting this processor, one for it being quad core and comparatively inexpensive, and two for the articles I've read on it being very overclock friendly, mainly because it can keep cool better than most processors) -

Note- I will bust my ass to make sure I get one with G0 stepping.

Graphics Card (Again, I don't mind changing, as long as I can get a 512mb one) -

So, now comes your advice, recommendations on different parts, suggests for cooling systems that I would inevitably have to buy due to overclocking, etc.

I would suggest buying this computer http://www.amazon.com/Pavilion-A615...50-8450227?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1192504061&sr=1-9

Its a very good computer quad core 3 gigs of ram. You should still buy the graphics card though

theres a lot of things that can go wrong building a computer i wouldn't reccomend it unless you really know what your doing. And youll get more for ur money with this.

overclocking with a quad, no use really it will be at least 4 times faster than ur old comp and if it breaks thats $300 down the drain.

theres only 2 cooling systems. Fan and liquid. Fan should be fine for you you could buy a bigger fan if u want. liquids really good but kinda messy

Trure but things still can happen. You'll need to put a bucket somewhere and keep the water cold (or anti-freeze, works better). If you have the time and willingness than liquid cool is a good idea.
