    1-10 str - chickens ( since they can only hit 0's )

10-20 - goblins in goblin village, or near lumby.

20-30 - cows in lumby, or fally.

30-40 - mans ( fast respawn rate, just make sure nobody's there )

    40-50 - zombie's in edgeville sewer ( rarely anyone there )

50-60 - lv 12 minotaurs ( drop iron arrows commonly, get about 1k irons each trip.

    60-70 - lv 27 minotaurs ( drop iron arrows commonly )

70-80 - flesh crawlers lv 2 Stronghold of Security. ( max hit 1, drops 42 fire runes, fast respawn )

80-99 - white knights, Falador White Knight Castle.

At lv 3? The mans could probably kill you faster... and at lv 30-40 str you can almost kill them in 1 hit, making your training faster.

You can start from chickens/men/goblins and go to monks when your str is high enough

But I still like your guide :)
