Sythescape Testing Minirank [BETA TESTERS READ]

The thieving skill is bit buggy, the stun stays even after the stars vanishes above ur head, also dunno if it's bug but 1 of 20 attempts I managed once to steal from a guard.

Blowpipes long range seems quite too fast for my eyes.

Blowpipes special attack wont heal.

The auto cast with def xp wont work it just directs you to the regular one (with what you won't get the def xp)

Checking clue scroll's steps makes you wield the clue scroll. (easy at least)

Trident of swamp doesn't work, you can't charge it.


Zulrah is pretty weird can't really tell a lot about it, thought it's like the original one you should make it bit harder I guess

Actually for the fishing you can just keep dropping the fishes while your char keeps fishing, pretty easy 99fishing with no effort put in to :d

@ Mage bank when pulling the lever bugged the hell out of my client, had to re-log and re-boot the client, then I was @ wildy and everything worked fine

This goes for any levers, I guess.

Fishing dark crabs, found a bug that if you fish and go talk to Piles, your char will keep fishing meanwhile and afterwards you talk to him, that can be easily abused for fishing & noteing the dark crabs as you can see on the gifs.

Alright guys, I don't see most of who applied for beta testing even logging in to report bugs, I really need to know who is actually willing to login and help us test for bugs and whose not so I can pick new people.

 

If you can pm me the link via skype i can do a day or so of bug finding of just casually playing up to 1kish total like requested on the first post.

 

Did I make it to the team though (assuming you mean the dice roll thing?) I wasn't tagged so not sure

I mean I played it and I reported bugs for some time, next time I tried logging in it was offline though, tried several other times connecting, didnt work.

 

• lunge attack style performs the slash/bash animation
• spec bar does not visually show it draining (0% will display a full green bar which should be red)
• fishing is messed up, if you move away you will still keep fishing
• Willow trees when fully chopped turns into beds?
• Fully chopped yew trees turns into tables
• magics trees turns into tables too
• bandos can hit me before i enter the room
• venenatis spiderwebs graphics are scuffed
• Pickup option whiles fighting KQ which shows ceberus icon

I only did this and got poisoned out of nowhere.

Also lighting logs this way won't work

Beta Patch 1.2.1

- Tutorial now gives the appropriate information and does not showcase edgeville
- Nieve options have been fixed
- Mage of Zamorak Option has been fixed
- Tree's wont turn into furniture after being cut
- ::yell command now has more restrictions for custom titles (such as staff, OMM and swear words)
- Testing Fix for logout after combat
- Shops no longer too expensive
- Fixed Some grammar errors
- Fixed bank at WC Guild and removed the deposit box
- Removed a bunch of Bugs that were not bugs ( such as the item packet messages, triple resource "bug"
or some other implementations we have done)

Teleporting to wilderness resource also fucks up the client.

Will be updating this list with bugs/typos and just general things I notice as I come across them.

1. If you log out/disconnect after creating an account with the "select a game mode" interface open, you miss out of the starter pack and begin with no items

2. The cape seller in the middle of the starting city has a "null" chathead

3. Typo: "Combine Rune Dust with a Nature Rune for stackable Rune Esscence" ("Esscense" to "Essence")

4. Many issues with the guards/men east of the city. After a while they become completely null and un-attackable

5. Zezima randomly becomes aggressive

6. Zezima's examine needs to be fixed

7. Left click option on Krato (Quest) just makes the player follow him

8. Spiritual Warrior NPCs are deformed

9. Items bought from shops aren't displayed in inventory until the interface is closed

10. Godwars minions respawn before the boss (they should respawn simultaneously)

11. "Light" option on dropped logs has no effect

 

Trading grace doesn't open the store but instead talking to her does
you can stand on the water south of the home spot
Potion decanter doesn't actually decant your potions
depositing all is sometimes bugged
