Whats the point of life.

Many people say there is no point in life.
A few say it is for religious purposes
and a few others.

Please give your view.

I am a all out Christian, but I believe life is just one of those annoying things to put up with. It is annoying, hard, and just plain cruel.

 

the point of life for me is to succeed( and to kick ass at everything i do). you should put everything you have into what you are doing and that's what makes it worth wasting the time. the point of life is to succeed, have fun, and kick ass

 

The point in life IMO is to continue the human race, it IS sometimes cruel and harsh, like there is good moments, but yeah, we were made to build a civilization, or are we simply little mice that a superior being experiments on :O.

 

Why bother with life? In the end you always get fucked by it..

So why fucking bother in the start?

 

My point in life (as logically thought out) is to help the human race exist.

I'm a complete Atheist, so I often think "What is our purpose?", or use to. Then it hit me - if life is a factor of biological radiation / mutation, then our purpose really is to reproduce life. Meaning, we're born to help the human race survive. No babies = No human race.

But of course, being as so stubborn as to do nothing but help the human race exist is madness. EVERY human being with a brain has to have fun, or at least a hobby that they favor their time with. I program, and play games. Others play sports, or spend time with their friends. Others are the womenizing type always looking for a girlfriend, and others go to the beach, swim, read books, and pull weights.

Its really how you look at it. I don't believe in an afterlife, due to my firm belief in the above. I believe that once life ends, it simply ends, and you wouldn't know better, because your brain is dead, so you can't possibly know what is happening.

Life has no point

 

Life - have fun while you live, dont work all the time. Yeah im 17 im in 12th grade.. last year of school, which means lazy days are ending. Till now i didnt tasted of work much.. but its comming. I hope i wont work all the time and have some time for myself, cause i dont want to end my life like that

 

The point of life is basically to get paid and get laid.

 

I could give a view on it but whats the point of telling someone what something is if you havent experienced the half of it .

at least i havent im young .

Grow
Eat
Work
Money
Guns
War
Killing
etc.

 

there is a point of life there has to be, saying theres no point, is well, EMO. my point in my life right now is my girlfriend who ive been dating since 6th grade. and basically skating.

 

My "point of life is probably to get kids and enjoy life as good as you can. Simple but right.

Uhm, I think the point of life is to reproduce, continue on civilization. I think it's also, just to live life. We're given a chance to live life, something very precious, so just do as much shit as you can, and complete a good life. It's also to accompany your friends and family that, live life.

Omg.. there is a big point in life. Idk anyone who wouldnt want to be alive.

 

Religious point of view: Do good deeds to insure your entrance into Heaven and to insure the safety of the next generation.

Scientific point of view: Further technological advancements, population of the Earth and making sure the world doesn't fall apart based on your role in life.

So in a nutshell don't become some welfare douche who wastes my taxes...
