Is it good training to use full guthans at bandit bar or should i do someother kind of training for strength. . and can i get a fire cape with 76 attk 83 str 70 def 70 range and 50 prayer and with out using a c bow??

 

Yeah, If your skilled as a mother fucker.....Other wise get 80+ range...Thats my 2 cents

You can easily do the cape with 70, no need for 80.. ive done it twice with 70 on my account

 

Just use guthans with whip and wep to healz at bandit camp

 

Monkey Madness gorilla monkey things in Ape Atoll are pretty good to train strength on.
