It is explained in my first post. Just get to 360 180 180, kill a 360 and a 180 and while ranging the last 180 hit log once, this will save your game. After the 180 hits the ground you will be logged out. (If you are being hit while you kill it then it will require you to hit log out after 10 seconds)
