Don't infract please but I have further evidence to him probably scamming in the past and also sketchy behaviour.

I did an IP audit on said user and these were the results:

After doing that I found his alternate account that hasn't logged in two years. I also found a thread:
Selling Fifa15 Xbox Coins 7usd Per 100k

In this thread he is using the Skype: iketalk100

His current Skype is: blake1994blake

Why would he change his Skype if he wasn't participating in illegal activity.

Not to mention when I researched his Skype name, there were very "few" results that have shown up meaning I believe he has done this on numerous occasions.

Can an admin with access to the ACP check the email linked to the old account. Maybe that email could lead to scam reports.

@Seraphic Good try but the IP match is a proxy.

 

I only have the screenshot for that because we talked on skype for like an hour. I posted additional stuff on Skype to show he was attempting to pry more upfront money from me. Considering I cannot provide evidence it still stands that he scammed at least that 20m off of me that you can see here. He has me blocked on Skype.
