Anyone have problems with DPD/UPS?

So I ordered a phone, was meant to come Friday but they didn't text me a delivery time like they was meant to, claimed they did but they didn't.

I paid for next day delivery for today, was meant to be here this morning - So I rang up and asked about an hour ago (it's now 5pm) and apparently the drivers have all gone home so it's sitting at their depot?

They are "delivering" it tomorrow at 9-9;30am, for some reason i have a feeling they wont.

 

Who'd you order it from? request a refund on the delivery if its delivered late.

 

Ordered from EE (who my old phone was from) and to be fair im not too bothered about the money, it's more them pissing me about and lying to me...

I paid £8-9 to EE/DPD for normal delivery, (friday date) then it was moved to the next day (today) for £5 more because they didn't deliver it, and if they did like they said on the phone they didn't text the number i gave them to get a hold of me to make sure i'm in.

Now apparently they are delivering TOMORROW, which I doubt will happen either...
