a bill was pasted in my city saying that no person under the age of 18 can see a movie with people smoking in it...next will be movies with achool.

Well, what do you mean by movies with alchohol? Do you mean by, people fucking drinking alchohol in the theatre? And yeah, if you want to see a movie, and you are aware that there are people smoking, then it's your choice to go. I don't think smoking should be allowed in theatres though.
