IP match maybe?

Hey I got scammed by a sythe user (he retrieved his steam account after selling it to me) but I can't find his profile anymore. His IP was/is: 217.71.47.47 - does that match any sythe user?
His skype: live:rspsscene
99% an alt of live:dirty07services who is banned already (Need Signature)

thanks, what do you need exactly? I can show you a screenshot of the money on paypal I sent to him, but its hard to prove that he changed password on steam.. Any suggestion? Thanks

And here he confirmed receiving the payment (he wanted to scam me there already by creating an "alias" on paypal. Not sure if you know how that works but he made me send money to [email protected] which is just an alias for his real paypal "[email protected]". In my history paypal only showed "[email protected]" and he claimed he didnt receive it and asked me why I sent to the wrong address lol. Somehow he accepted it eventually because he knew damn right he couldn't fuck me with that, he said luckily "[email protected]" was a friend of him so he'd get the money from him.)

Hmm, that IP matches a user but the Skype doesn't.

 

After checking with an admin, it seems that no conversations were ever exchanged between you and the person who shares that IP address. Based on that reason and the lack of evidence, I'm going to close this thread. If you have any new evidence, PM me or make a new thread.
