Looking for sythe staff to resolve a dispute.

Hi, I'm looking for sythe staff to resolve a dispute between myself and the skype user 'mollycose' (I don't know his sythe name, he declined receiving a forum pm).

He ordered 3.24$ worth of questing. He was told to either remove the wealth off the account or go with a more expensive and time consuming system that results in him not having access to the account during the service. He chose neither and said he wished to just trust the worker. Now he claims that the wealth (~180M) was removed.

This is the first time that somebody has claimed the worker (or I) of removing wealth from an account during a service.

The questing was not complete due to insufficient stats and thus the 3.24$ has been refunded.

I obviously take full responsibility if either the worker/I are found at fault.

In future, I'd advise customers to make a mule account to mule wealth during services if they don't already have an alt account. Removes the risk entirely.

As of right now, there's not much to go off of so hopefully whoever this is comes onto Sythe to add to the report.

 

I did advise him as such, I would think that's clear in the chatlogs between him & I, do you believe it wasn't stated clearly enough or something was missing?

 

You did enough to warn him of the risks. Unless he can now prove beyond doubt that your worker stole the wealth you will be fine and as you mentioned, it's very difficult to do that.

I can only remember 1 case where the worker was responsible but this was because his worker actually did scam.
