Explanation of the trade: he bought my account we agreed he would rent it for 3m a day for 11.5 days for the total of 3m, he has paid 6m in 7 days of use, as of the 23rd he currently owes me 9m +3m a day after that. he agreed to 35m in 11.5 days, that would make it the 27th i should have my 35m in hand. when we made the deal he was going away for the weekend, i assumed i would still be paid as he still had access to the account weather he uses it or not, monday came around and he only paid me 3m i let it slide because he had honoring his end by paying. now he says the server is being ddosed so hes not gunna pay me, i do not play rs so i cannot confirm or deny the ddosing, but regardless of the ddosing he has access to my account therefore i kept my end of the deal and still expect to be paid.

he also traded me from 2 different accounts, so trade 1 and trade 2 are different accounts but its confirmed in skype chat.

i think i am an understanding guy, if he pays then no harm done this can be locked, i do not want my account back he has info and has changed pass and email and other details to his, and has already botted on it, and i dont like his offer to sell my account for me, makes me think hes not gunna pay.
and its not a rented account because he keeps the account after the 35m.

i do understand that, but we agrreed to 3m a day for 11.5 days not 3m a day for the days he chooses to pay. its also not my fault the servers are being ddosed. and that being said if it was being ddosed im a understandable man, i recieved second payment monday, and when i told him thursday im home, thats when he decides to tell me hes not paying me for the last 3 days. we could have worked it out easily if he messaged me the first day, but that the very end of the 3rd day? no.

regardless of the servers problems. think of it this way. you go lease-to-own a car, you keep said car for 1 week but only drive it 2 days of that 7 days, when you bring the car back to the dealership and say im not paying for this week cuz it was raining and i couldnt use it
they would tell you to go fuck yourself cuz its not their problem. just as im telling you the server stablilty isnt my problem, we agreed to 3m a day for 11.5 from thursday feb 16th. i let the weekend slide so those 3 days wouldnt count. therefore i should have my full 35m by march 2nd.

@Nurveal Even though the servers have been particularly difficult lately, I've added a DNT to your account until payment is up to date. If you wish to end the deal, he would need to agree to this & you would still owe him for the days up until now.

I've been able to log in multiple times throughout last night & today. It's possible. Try different worlds. And even if it's not, it doesn't mean you aren't in debt. So I'm gonna keep you DNT until you're able to log in and pay the guy. Don't get pissed off at me.

 

Sorry but i will not pay for something i havent made use off, that is obvious in this case. the servers disconnect me out every minute, so why would i pay when i dont make profit out of it myself?

I'm not involved with this but I have been having troubles login in. It takes forever to login and if it ever does login I immediately dced. I suggest downloading a VPN. It's still laggy because you're using a vpn and there's a slight delay but you dc a lot less frequently

 

I know,i got in last night and only got to the login screen, im not going to download a vpn just to pay for something i dont make use of, whenever servers are fixed ill start paying again simple as that.

 

But you aren't really "renting" it. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this a payment plan for the account. You agreed to pay 3m a day until you paid 35m which was the amount agreed on for the account. If I used a bond and I stopped playing due to inactivity would I force Jagex to refund the bond because I didn't play?

 

The deal was 3m payment for 3 to 5 hours of botting to be exact.
until ive payed a total of 35, then its mine.
