Haven't use that account for long time since I don't sell steam games anymore. The hacker use my account for selling runescape gold, I don't even play runescape. He also want bitcoin while I only do paypal in selling games.

I think my account is still link with my email.

 

You are not posting from home. You are using some sort of proxy or you are using your phone. Please post from your a home IP.

Also post a new email address for your account.

Also, seems like they've been using that IP range (from OP) since account creation (5 years).
