It's a Breathalyzer so it wouldn't be testing as much in your blood stream rather the residue in your mouth and stomach and apparently it worked.

So your telling me you wouldn't do it to avoid an over 1 grand ticket, a felony possibly on your record, jail time, and a way higher insurance premium?
