Ethan - Illigetimate Ban?

Hello Sythe.org,

It has come to my attention that I was banned for being hacked. I was alarmed at this and came to some of the staff to see exactly happened.

It seems that Sigex hacked my account while I was away for some time. During this period he scammed someone using my Sythe account. The person who was scammed posted a report and went through the process. The staff came to realize that it was not actually me, but that my account was hacked.

Well, when I came to ask if I could get my account unbanned, I was told that I would have to pay the person who was scammed back 15m or $60.

The reason of this post is to state this:

The person who was supposedly scammed by sigex was banned for scamming and ban evasion. I believe that I should not have to pay this person back for a few reasons.

1. He is banned and probably long gone.
2. He was banned for scamming. If he really was scammed by Sigex using my account, then he probably made the money back through scamming.
3. He was also banned for ban evasion. He had done something in the past that was dishonest. What is to say that he was dishonest about even getting scammed in the first place?
