Massive rs offencives appology!!!

Hello, I just want to sell a sick appology i found out just few days ago. Long time ago, i scammed people through runescape by saying to give me their passwords and other info because im the RS Ban manager by PM'ing them Well I got like 3m if not more by doing that I did it on my account called You Have Ban. People kept reporting me and so on, some of them gave me their passes... Then my account got banned. Most of the offences were RULE 5. some RULE 1. I was thinking, what appology i could use for the RULE 5... Then i got an idea and i tried it.. I chose that they made a mistake and wrote my appology. It was successful!! Then i did the same for other RULE 5's and they all were successful! I thought woot! Here is the pic:

So it means you can do this (scam people) on your main or w/e and you always can make an appology that they made a mistake and your black marks gets deleted.
I am quite sure this appology will work on other RULES aswell.
Now i saw that i got last chance appeal and im trying to use this appology to make it successful If it works then it is sick
A moderator or admin or somebody else can verify it if it is so nessesary.

Lets say im on somekind of website yeah? and i want to get my money from there. I can do that through PayPal and it says to write the PayPal account in a box. Do they mean to write the E-mail address i used to create the paypal account and im using to log-in to paypal account (lets say i used [email protected] address) or what? Please help..

WTF, Scamming People Is Low Man. Fair Enough Using Bots To Make it Easier But Come On, You Can't Just Post How To Appeal SCAMMING Bans, Like What Was Said Earlier You Were Probrably Just Lucky. I Don't Think Anyone Should Try This
