GenstarJ Account Recovery!

Dear Sythe team,

I was directed to make a post here with regards to my account GenstarJ

I'm pretty bad at explaining things (So please bear with me!) but i'll try my best to break it down so you guys understand my situation:

1) Months ago I came back to runescape and decided to buy gold on this site; tried logging on and it said "Password too old please check email" etc. Gave up and didn't play again.

2) I came back a few days ago and my password is now incorrect; can't recover because:

3) I am not able to log into said email because I frankly haven't used it in many years. (I can prove it is my email cus I still use that as my facebook/skype log-in)

4) I still have access to the email (<hidden>) that is in my signature under that profile;

5) I'm not sure what else I am required to provide. If you have any suggestions, please let me know and i'm more than happy to provide you with it!!
