Scammed by TopElite (Handtrained) Agility service

Hello.

used this guy before for 33-60 agility, trusted him with, if i remember correctly about 30m

got me the skills no problems and nothing was missing

decided to use him again today, only to find out after coming home from work that my bank was cleaned... after he got me about 30k experience too

im not sure if this was his work, or if one of his workers did this, but either way my bank is cleaned and his service is to blame

i paid him 11.6m to do the service for me, and had approximately 9-12m worth if items left in my bank (fury 3m, blessed SS 5m, seers ring 400k, various runes about 800k, and other stuff (lots of various items) worth about 3 or 4 mill

at first i thought i only lost an extra 4mill judging by osbuddys bank value indicator, but on further inspection some of my items (like blessed ss) show amounts like 100k instead of the 5m its worth

Unfortunately i didnt take screenshots as things were happening because im stupid, so all i have to go by is my skype chat screenshot and my bank screenshots with everything empty

I will be updating this shortly with pictures however just going to post this for now incase my laptop runs out of battery and i have to type this all out again

You need to provide some evidence of your claims. Focus on the points below:

- Prove you were speaking to him and not an imposter
- Prove the service was accepted and started by him
- Prove that he confirms a payment made by you
- Prove that your bank was cleaned
- Prove that he failed to respond to your messages after his alleged scam

The more information you can provide the stronger your case. Were you aware of his DNT status on Sythe?

 

Hello, sorry for the slightly delayed response i was gathering the photos, i've added them in an imgur album at the bottom of the original post

i think i've hit most of the points that you have requested for me, as for the last one it's only been almost 2 hours since i sent the message, so i guess he may be asleep or something, however it's in one of the photos (sorry if the order is messed up)

I was not aware of his DNT status, this is my mistake i know, since i used him previously and it went fine with over 30m risk i simply agreed to his service over skype.

Obviously from now on i'll be checking sythe every single time in future, thanks for the reply

 

Unfortunately I think he is messaging everyone on his skype's contact list, offering cheaper service just to scam them afterwards. He messaged me yesterday but thankfully I saw he was banned.
