Hey I think it would be much easier to sell that account if you take the items off. You'd be able to keep some cash plus get some cash for your account. Many people don't have enough money to pay for it unless they have invested in rares, or staking, or even runecrafting for them kinds of people it's fairly simple to make money and might be the only kind of people willing to do but, if they're already a staker therefore, they wouldn't buy this account unless this account is better than there current staker. So that leaves with people who have invested money in rares, or runecrafts, or maybe even merchants or a skiller possibly. So you best option is probably taking the cash off and sell the account alone without the items.
