First Ever Signature

Had a few problems having to make it so the cc didnt affect the background at all but regardless..

Yea I can sorta see the edges. All in all, it's pretty good. It's not super crisp though. Feels sorta blurry to me.

 

try using a soft brush near the edges

 

First erase the edges with soft brush. Make a new folder and place all the layers in it. Then create a clipping mask masking the folder with the CC. Leave the background layer out of the folder.

 

That is so much effort XD. Much easier to just take a soft brush and erase the edges when you use an effect.

It has been said above but I also think the image seems low quality/blurry. Maybe look up graphic packs on YT and you will find some with high quality effects. Not bad at all for a first time though!

 

This haha. Once you get into the habit of doing it adjusting colors becomes SO much easier. Get yourself into the habit as soon as you can because it will get pretty annoying to have to go back every time to make something.

From someone who doesn't know too much about GFX anymore, this is sweet. Pretty good job for your first signature.

Very decent for a first signature.
You might want to add some colour corrections though.

 

I personally have worked with this guy and his designs are pretty neat. I like the signature however I think you should add a little bit of the flashing fade to the bottom as you've done with the top just to tweak it a bit.
