In DIRE Need of Runescape Help (Proxy)

Alright so lets just say I have several very valuable "assets" to protect on runescape. Sadly my IP has been marked by jagex to contain "suspicious activities"

In essence, I need a proxy that will run java, too. I need a way to proxy onto RS.

Help? Please do.

Meh. Dont worry what happened, and just regular internet proxies won't workm as they don't run java.

Would Tor work? Need someone who knows what theyre talking about..

 

To tell you the truth I don't think its possible to play with a proxy =S

 

I remember hearing from thorpe he had one at one time, but he reformatted and lost it.

 

Yeah, I've tried various proxies that don't work. If you can't find anything, may I suggest getting a new router? I believe that is changes your IP, and they are around $100 Usd. Not one hundred percent postive though, I'd ask around. Good luck in the future.

 

You mean basically getting a dynamic IP? Na. I know theres got to be some sort of app that can help me out here..

 

To my knowledge there isn't a proxy that can run complex java applications. I'm not sure if it'll work for you, but have you tried using ipconfig /release in the command prompt?

 

I know alot of proxy sites, but I'm afraid RuneScape doesn't allow you to play if you are using a proxy.

i would go one a friends computer or change your ip or make a java proxy your self

There a several ways to do this.
1) use a proxy such as
http://hidemyass.com
or
2) use a VM

 

Just head over to the local library. Otherwise, I think ES hides IPs from what I hear.
