    Help registering Express version

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but yeah.

That free express version of Visual Basic, 2005 or something.

I registered successfully, got the registration code, entered it into the thing in VB and it said it wasn't correct or whatever.

So, either M$ lied and it's not free, it's just a 30 day trial that doesn't work, or I screwed up somewhere, or M$ (what a surprise) screwed up somewhere.

The reason I'm posting here is because posting on Microsoft's forums will only be a spawn for ignorance...

yes it is free, but if you do not have a hotmail and register and enter the code within 30 days then the "trial" will expire. some people have had issues with registering Visual Basic 2005 Express but you should try again =)

i doubt you will have any problems, its not a very dificult task ;)
