    Please bear with me on this. In my 8+ years of Sythe I’ve only had 1 other scam report, so I may not have the perfect report. If you think I missed something or need to better explain something just let me know. Thank you.

    Scammer’s profile link: Bus369, owner/ operator of website: Bus369

    Additional link to gold shop:
    [RSgoldfund.com]=[NO ID EVER|G2APAY]=*SELLING ALL RUNESCAPE GOLDS*=[$500 DONOR][24/7 SUPPORT]

    Explaination of the trade: Standard gold buy. I bought 50M osrs gold off of the RSgoldfund website for $67.50. All their payments go through G2A pay system. I have never used G2A before, so I sign up for an account, and pay through my paypal account, linked with my CC. The cash is taken by paypal, given to G2A. At this point I go into the live chat on the RSgoldfund website to pick up my gold. They tell me that the in game name I told them over live chat didn’t match the one that placed the order. Then they say wait, that’s not the order, but my order is pending under g2a pay system which mean I have to contact live chat in order to verify the payment. No problem, I open a ticket with g2a, they verify that the funding is legit and tell me under the ticket response that the payment has been sent and to contact the seller (RSgoldfund). I do, but the live chat rep (Ken) tells me the names don’t match on the order. He tells me there’s nothing he can do until the manager (Bus369) comes back in 5 hours.

    Fast forward to today, now they’re claiming that they can’t even refund the transaction because I can’t prove I’m the one who placed the order. So they won’t give me the gold I bought, nor issue a refund for it because I can’t prove I am the one who bought it.

    How they scammed: Took payment though G2A pay for 50M osrs gold and will not pay out gold or issue refund for it.

    Proof it’s their skype: The deal was not done through skype. I do have the chat logs screen shot to prove all this was on the website RSgoldfund.com. Here’s proof linking the website and Bus369: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

    Convo pictures and screen shots: For full disclosure I have edited out some personal details and some transaction ID numbers, that I do not believe are relevant and do not want out in public. I do have the unedited screen shots as well, so if I need to re-upload them I just need to be told what exactly I need.

    This is the first chat log from the point when I bought the gold to when they told me I would be refunded when the manager got there

    This is the chat log telling me they won’t refund because they can’t verify I’m the one who bought it:

    This is the email I received from G2A verifying paymeny to RSgoldfund.com (notice the transaction number begins with E and ends with C, like in the chat logs):

    This is the paypal confirmation:

    Please, if I missed something or need to clarify than feel free to ask. For full disclosure, I do have an open ticket with G2A which has not yet been resolved, as well as an open dispute with paypal, which I will be escalating to a claim on 2/22/17 unless it is resolved elsewhere. And if all that fails, I will contact my bank and dispute with them within 60 days.

    Thanks for your time,

    Chris

    PS- All screen shots and proof can be found in this album: RSgoldfund SCAMMERS! they are just out of order

    @Bus369 As far as I'm aware, G2A shows you the email because you can search for orders via email as well. That's a minor detail though.

    Can you show us the RSN that was matched to the order? You can just give the beginning few letters.

    Regardless, if no one else has come in to collect for the order yet, the best way to resolve this is to just refund the order. There shouldn't be a problem to refund an order that no one has collected in a reasonable amount of time, next to the fact that someone did come in to collect but you won't release the funds due to an RSN inconsistency for whatever reason.

    That's all I asked for was a refund. In fact the email is a very big detail if they can look it up, because i have access and control to my email [email protected], the one used to complete the order. That should prove that I'm me. They told me via the live chat (proof in the logs) they can't see the email it's handled by G2A.

    Sorry are you asking me or bus to show the RSN? I can upload a picture of a chat log with the name partially unblocked if you mean me.

    I've ran into issues while refunding with G2A, Due to them holding payments for 7 days I had no balance in my g2awallet and feared it would put me in the negative because refunds have to manually be done via ticket on G2A.

    This customer also has some SERIOUSLY sketchy ordering habits- Infact when salt(one of my workers) told me what was going on(twice) I literally said "It sounds like someone is trying to avoid g2a's protection methods on chargebacks".

    Not putting a RSN is a scam I've been warned about- G2A requires valid delivery proof which is unobtainable if someone puts the wrong RSN because you cant prove that was the actual customer you were giving the gold to.

    This customer also keeps constantly trying to claim his refund on IP's that don't match the original order IP.

    That is why the refund has taken so long sadly, I literally just received my first 7 day balance payment when I was sleep last night so I now feel comfortable making the ticket to get him his refund aswell as I wanted to wait and see what might happen because something was very very fishy.

    @Yankiee

    Regardless I am literally requesting the refund as I type this.

    This ALL could have been avoided had you actually TOLD ME what was going on instead of saying there was "nothing you could do." By saying there's nothing you can do it looks like you're not willing to issue a refund AT ALL. The fact that your live chat reps say the in game name given didn't match when one WASN'T GIVEN shows a clear breakdown in communication between yourself and your employees. I had NO CHOICE but to escalate the situation in order to get some answers FROM YOU.

    I've never used G2A before and I made that very clear to your live chat workers. I have no idea how that shit works and I asked for help on how to get g2a a number of times from your live chat. I told your workers I couldn't even see the transaction and they just signed off when trying to get this MATTER RESOLVED WITHOUT ESCALATING IT. I can't tell you why my IP address doesn't match. I'm not tech savy, I don't understand the IP address difference, I also made that VERY CLEAR.

    To put the blame squarely on my shoulders is an extremely immature thing from someone who runs a business. You are going to have customer like me who just want some damn gold and are unfamiliar with g2a. This is worsened by the fact that your company treated me like a scammer !!!WHEN I MADE THE PAYMENT FIRST!!! (I understand the caution, but it took a SCAM REPORT on sythe to get a PM back from you? or to add me on skype? L.M.A.O)

    I will withdraw all disputes when the money is back in my paypal or bank account.

    G2A is a new experience for us all over on my site.

    I apologize for the inconvenience which occurred, we will do our best to prevent it from happening again.
