    I got perm banned on my account about 2 years ago, and since then every time I have a first offense my accounts get perm banned. I decided to just quit league.

    Wondering is there anyway to get off this blacklist of some sort lol

    That is what I thought Talon, I always do new email but it has to be my mac address.
