It does work.

I've gotten 12 phats from it, and it's not bannable. They don't have records for like, 30 mins before updates.

And updates are every Saturday, at around noon, England time.

this has never actually been proven before, its just a myth and yet to be experimented upon. oh and im pretty sure you cant login and be in the middle of the countdown. runescape would be updated already.
