xXIdolizedXx defending himself and helping with Scam report

Didnt realize that I needed to make my defense in the post.
I have requested a pardon for my account, and although, as it would appear that I recovered the account, and its perfect timing for me to recover the account, I didn't. The reason I decided to sell the account to begin with, is the fact that:
1: Arcane has been MIA for like a month.
2: I told him I was buying the account, he confirmed he was OO, I told him I wanted the creation details and all the recovery information of the account, he said he would provide that information for me as soon as it was confirmed that i bought the account.
Right after I bought the account, Arcane stopped replying to me - never gave me any recovery details.

I had the account for like 2-3 weeks before I felt this was FAR to much of a red flag for me to continue having the account.
So I sold the account.
Had I received the recovery details/ creation details of the account, I probably never would have sold.

I can confirm he never sent me the recovery details, as my inbox on Sythe will show that information.
I can also do a screen share to show that I have never messaged Arcane on Skype and that I never have had him on Skype.
My account is currently banned, so maybe a Mod/Admin can access my account while it's banned to check the inbox and validate what I'm saying.

 

Just some input here. I sold the account to Kody through PayPal (direct) - easily can be chargebacked and he never has made any attempt.

Kody is one of the most trustworthy people I have come across on the internet, and highly doubt this recovery was performed by him nor I.

To be honest, it just wouldn't be possible for either of us to recover it for a multitude of reasons:
1. Kody wasn't given any recovery information.
2. I was given recovery information, however got a new phone and lost the document in the process.
3. We are not the original owner of the account

The recovery of this account, in my opinion, is unfair for the blame to be put on Kody aswell as I. @Arcane is the only one (I believe) who would have the power to recover the account.
