Explanation of the trade: Saw posting for quest servicing in 2007 thread, so I contacted him. Struck up deal on price, and eventually determined 5m would be paid.
How they scammed: Finished last quest, and he signed off of skype
Proof that it's their Skype: Posted in there servicing request. Also, commented on my questing thread.

He actually did respond this morning, but what confused me was I receieved the message at 8:30 AM CST, and he said that it was 1:30 AM. He's from Canada and I don't understand how that's possible. He's since logged in 2-3 times, and has said nothing.

 

He's not from Canada, I can tell you that much. It's currently evening for him. I'm gonna DNT him in the meantime.

 

I also have screenies of completed quests, if you need to see those at all.

 

I'm from Sydney, Australia. Awkward time zone conflict delayed payment. I had no intention of scamming.
