I'm not worried at all, I'm just trying to see what you want from all of this. It's a huge waste of staff's time and I'm just curious, can you honestly answer this:

Do you not believe my offer was true? You told Kody yourself that "this bastard is just going to flip it", which is exactly what I was going to do. I was actually a bit happy when you outbid me because you genuinely seemed interested in the account, but I was only looking at it from a profit point of view. That's why this report is actually annoying, that I thought you were going to have fun on the account, but instead try to get extra money from me because you have buyer's remorse from paying what you feel is "too much."

 

I believed the offer was legitimate but after all the conversation with xxidol its pretty apparent to me and not only me that you guys manipulated the price of the account i mean seriously read the whole chat window i posted and act like it was between someone you didnt know..... its shady as fuck wether you have the balls to admit it or not. And i did buy the account to have fun on it but after many conversations with even xxidol himself telling me to please not ruin the account and that he would buy it back etc etc. i decided to offer it up for sale as a 1 prayer mauler before i ended up getting 45 defence. Imo its clear you guys did what you did and yeah it pisses me off that i paid 350m more then i should have for the account. And your whole excuse of well i wouldnt want it now because its been on R0T's ip is a load of shit also because you knew aswell as i did that according to xxidol the account was purchased from arcane by his friend and then idiol had it for awhile then resold it so clearly if your bidding with 3 different ips on the account in that small amount of time your theory of worrying about my ip when no account details have ever been released is bullshit.

Also such things as "i think we got him" "shall i bid l0l" its shady without all the other pictures and admittance of stupid shit there is in all this. I like the account but yes i do feel like i had to pay too much for it i feel like its worth probably around 600m 07 so yeah the fact that its pretty apparent to me that you guys shill bid to get more money out of me pisses me off. He even refers to it happening in the stock market he clearly knew that we were talking about people making fake bids/offers for shit.

If nothing else comes of this we will get a confirmation of wether acts like "shill bidding" having other people make fake bids on behalf of you is acceptable here for some stupid reason.

Imo though if i was reading all this shit just from a by stander stand point ill stand by what i said.

Its shady/malicious and a scam and i think theres enough proof to show you guys were upto some bullshit.

 

Well I'm sorry you feel cheated man, but I would've taken the account for 925m. He owed me over 1b and I was going to receive the payment regardless of what the account was sold for so the price is irrelevant to me. You should try selling the account for a bit longer because there is no market for that type of account and it takes a while to sell a specific account. Take a look at my RS3 thread, it's been up for a few months now and I just got a good offer. I'm off the the gym, but I'm down for whatever the mods have stirred up in Staff Lounge.

 

I'll post some final comments here:

• You did not 'pay 350m more' than you should, because, per the very evidence you are relying on, Kody would never have sold you the account for 600m: 9:05:49PM
• The words 'insider trading' is being used imprecisely here - it probably meant that more went on behind the scenes. More did go on behind the scenes, as Idolize had to balance 2 things: discharging his debt from the proceeds of the sale of the account, or using the account itself to discharge part of the debt. This is a perfectly acceptable situation, so what did Idolize exactly do?
• Idolize tried to get the most for the account. If the most he could have gotten for the account was what PA would have valued the account as for the purpose of discharging part of the debt, then he clearly would have taken that (if PA values the account at 925m, why would he take 600m from you?). If however, the most he could have gotten from the account was via a sale, then he would have sold the account and used the premium (of 25m here) to discharge the debt. Idolize elected to do the latter option. This again, is a perfectly acceptable situation.
• The only potential possibility of 'shill bidding' is when both parties knew that actually PA would not accept 925m for the account, and that they are making it up. This is a real possibility, but requires evidence that the bid was a sham.
• I haven't seen evidence that such a sham exists. PA testifies that no sham exists. I have no reason to doubt such testimony, but even if I excluded it, your evidence shows Idolize calling PA his 'boy', ie, friend, which is consistent with them actually being friends and Idolize owing a debt to PA, as well as a sham. Thus, that evidence is inconclusive. The words 'insider trading', as I described above, meant that something was going on behind the scenes, which neither confirms nor denies your hypothesis, so again, is inconclusive. The timing of the events seems suspicious, but at the end of the day, if they are acting in good faith, obviously Idolize has to find out what PA will value the account as for the purpose of the debt, and obviously Idolize will inform you of that valuation for you to beat. Accordingly, the 'shall i bid' phrase isn't conclusive.
• I agree that, as a matter of circumstantial evidence, there is a real possibility of a sham. However, a real possibility isn't enough, and since people are innocent until proven guilty, we don't convict people on mere possibilities.
