I have access to email

I have access to the email still, just not receiving the email from sythe when do the forgot password. Can I Im or msg someone from the email to prove I have access to the email?

I have the email, tried the forgot password a couple times & never get the email to reset password. Not in spam or anything. Not sure if it has anything to do with how hotmail is now done through outlook but not gettin the emails. How can we get this done so I can get back on my profile? I would like to be able to do what needs to be done in order to pay back the money scammed & start restoring my rep so I can possibly start using the site again & maybe make some $$.

Also I cant reply to theses threads after making them beings I cant log into my profile. So if there is another way to communicate until I get my profile recovered that would be helpful.
