^this was also brought to my attention a few mins ago by a person that randomly added my skype saying that they had read this before xxidol had went through and edited it all saying that he had been trying to contact arcane for weeks and arcane wouldnt release any details about the account or reply to him which is also part of this whole manipulation/scummy deal. And is to what i was just told the reason he panic sold it. Which is terrible cause he knew i wanted to buy the account with creation details but failed to mention any of this to me.

Divica does hand out all creation details for accounts he sells. How do I know? Mootrucks recently tried MMing an account sale for me. The OO was divica. After my last two recoveries I had mootrucks check everything. I myself went to divica's website and chloe filled me in completely. Every single one of Divica's accounts are sold with 100% creation details including previous payment methods..

As for the insider trading it's a judgement call. I would suggest allowing @video to personally screen share with all 3. I personally know users do this kind of thing all the time. I've been involved in the account sales side of sythe for years. Do I believe it was insider trading? In my opinion I believe it was. Do I believe PA would of taken the account at 925m? Yes I do. This was set up perfectly for PA. Either he gets the account for @925m and can resale for much more. Or it forces r0t to out bid him and he gets paid the money he's owed anyway. Can you twc or ban PA for this? Nah I dont think so. It was a smart play by a smart user. Props my man.

Might have to explain this also. The conversation in the pictures is taking place after the account was sold to me. So when i tell him "no one would have legitimately out bid me" after already talking about people fake bumping his price he literally is calling the bids illegitimate himself.....

You mean they are against jagex's license contract for gaming accounts etc maybe but no is is not against law. You need to pay more attention in school man middle school is important.

Price manipulation (big rigging in this instance) is the provision of anti-trust law and competition law. Those laws operate over and above the 'free market'. Since Sythe endorses a free market, this really is a policy question for Sythe IMO.

 

How has this moved into price manipulation already?

Idolized owed me over 1B 07. He told me he wanted more for the account he was selling to repay me, I told him I shall bid on it. I was willing to accept the account as part of the debt repayment. I saw the account as an easy re-sale for long-term profit, but R0t outbid me and bought the account. Idolized gave me the 950m he received from the account and has cleared the rest of what he owed me through PP.

R0t thought he was smart and could flip the account for profit, but got upset that nobody posted on his thread. He decided to report me and try to get some gold out of his shitty investment.

After the account has been under R0t's home IP possession and email, I no longer want the account. Regardless if somebody outbid me on the account or not, I was still to be paid the same debt value of what Idolized owed me. The debt between me and Idolized is cleared.

 

Here is the first time I offer to bid out of my own volition with the intention of taking the account instead of gold.



Here's me asking whether I'm getting the account or the gold, he says he wants to try and get rid of the account instead. Then we continue to talk business of debt without a second glance at what you're calling "market manipulation"



Before all of this, he asked me my opinion on Arcane's account and I told him it was safe. This was way before the account was even bid on, I can send the actual date/timestamps of livechat if a mod requires.

This is actually a waste of time and I'm not paying anyone a dime.

I never outbid you though xxidol messaged me on skype alittle bit after your bid of 925m and said that he would sell it to me for 950m "because i had been the one following the thread the whole time" which is fishy in itself. And i posted my bid after that conversation was concluded which can all be proved via pm. And no i did not plan on trying to flip the account i have hardly any feedback what kind of sense would that make i planned on keeping the account and xxidol assured me that if i ever sold it he would more than likely buy it back from me "probably to ensure the sale more" but none the less i played on it a few days but ultimately decided id try and get the money i invested in it back before in most peoples eyes "i ruined the value by making it a zerker"

 

Nobody forced you to pay 950m, you did so of your own free will.
