Disputing ban for user: Unspecified

Hi i want to appeal for my account unspecified i can put a link of my account below for you to view.

A dude named "Highlyhonered" was banned from Sythe for Blackhat activity in 2013, that is not me.
I just recently joined this community, an can prove my innocence.
Here is the Report from 2013 that is NOT me: This idiot again - attempting to send keyloggers
LegendKGuestAccount is using a Guest Account without registering, Because he could possibly be the guy named DKAY who was obviously banned to. ( The user who had reported Highlyhonered ).
I have not tried to hack Anyone at all, an do not understand why I am banned? I do not understand why I am being reported, I have not tried to hack anybody.
There were 2-3 random people adding me on skype trying to hack my Extreme donator Account on Elkoy RSPS, an it did not Work. I actually got one of them banned, & I feel this guy I got banned.. Is trying to frame me for somebody else. Please help me out.
