Before. I just think that you sort of "blotched up" the second one a bit too much.

 

I see that you changed alot... but without really making an impact on the picture...

 

The background with the sky and stuff looks like a really bad quality wmv video, not sure what effect you were going for there

 

i like this one alot. the after is beautiful. good work conman. two thumbs up.
