Christiannel Scamming multiple people

Explanation of the trade: Pretty simple here... he's scamming multiple people too since he knows he's going to be banned. I've done more then 20-30+ rsps gold transactions with people all have been smooth, this is the only guy ive ever had to report in a long time.
Anyways he linked vouches, i had him verify in PM (ill post screen shots) he had a good amount of vouches so i went first gave him 60$. He then stops responding.
How they scammed: didn't give the gp, I even waited 48 hours before making this report to see if he would pay or refund...

he even tries lying and says oops sorry i got banned.

this is pretty simple case. Out of curiosity is there anythign I can do to get my money back? or he gets to keep it? Or should I dispute on paypal?

there you go, shows the entire convo, and you can see he stops responding after a while, thats when i gave him 48 hours to respond. and nothing.
