This makes MMing pins 100% easier in multiple ways.

The Setting...


You (the MM), are going to MM a Runescape Pin trade. The buyer and the seller are completely ready.

So far, everything seems to be going good, Until!

The buyer is hesitant to give his/her password to his account, so that you can activate the pin!

Not only is it now impossible for you to get evidence/picture proof of the pin working, but it actually slows down the trade as well.

By reading this guide, you will be able to find out a more proper way to activate pins that can speed up the trade, and prevent scamming.




Step 1:

The pin buyer goes to www.runescape.com, and clicks on the following link in the picture below...





Step 2:

After clicking, you will be taken to this screen to select the type of payment option. Scroll down, and click this proper payment depending what type of pin it is.





Step 3:

After signing in, you will be taken to the screen in which it asks for the phone number. Right click, in order to bring up a menu of options. Scroll down it until you find the clickable option "Properties".





Step 4:

Once you've completed step 3, a box should appear within a second or two.
As depicted in the picture below...



Search it, until you find the following link.
Copy this link, and give it to the MM privately.


This will allow the MM to put the pin onto your account, without him needing to know your password!




This accomplishes two things...


1# -This stops the MM from gaining your password, which he can then log on your account and drop trade your valuables to his account, or get unwanted blackmarks.


2# -It makes it easier for the MM to gain evidence of the trade for his MMing career.




I hope reading this guide makes some improvement to MMing at all.

Remember, this guide is only useful to the buyer of the pin, and the MM.

Great idea man. I don't MM or need pins, but I can see how this will help people who do. I'm sure lots of people will be grateful for this.

EDIT: Maybe you should try to get a Mod to sticky it in the Pins Selling/Buying Forum?

Pretty much as same as the sticky in the Mm section, except this unofficial.

 

Very sorry, I found out that Viny made one like this from Daily500, five minutes after I posted it.

Still, it is a good reminder, because I regularly see no improvements at all.
