    Is there currently anyways to stay 10 hp on a def pure? PC isint possible due to the low combat level...

    That's not gonna be fun at all. :/ lamps, quests... Once you hit combat 40, pic shouldn't be too bad. If only soul wars was on osrs

    well after all the lamps and stuff you can always do the catapult room in warriors guild. Its the same concept as the keg. giving str exp without any hp (I am guessing since on 07wiki it just says you get 10 def exp per shot blocked and token)

    Warriors guild requires attack/strength levels above 130, right? Perhaps I'm mistaken.

    I dont know the requirements by heart right now. I am trying to do this 10 hp challenge one day as well but i know waterfall gives you like a 31 att/str right off the bat and then you would have to fish at barb fishing until 99 fishing for like 75 str and then maybe pest control fixing barriers for the rest until you can go into warriors guild. then from there you can do keg for str exp at like 30k per hour i believe if you drink energy potions at 90 energy meaning you never drop the keg for a full inventory. It is expensive but i guess fun. then you can get 99 att from there too i believe. if not. you can always quest and safe spot + cannon your way to 99 att.
