I Went first ,gaved him 1M,ad he said to give him 500k if not he will dont give me back my 1M,when i asked him to give my 1M back,he logged out ,and blocked me on msn!

Yeah, most people say "Will use official middle man, you pay fees" as a bluff. Since most people don't want to pay the fees and its not always easy to get an official. Always try to act like you've got an official middle man when dealing with pin sellers, then you see whether they'll back out or not.
