How to GoldFarm? (I have $50000 to invest)

I'm looking to get into goldfarming.

I haven't played runescape in ages....I have $50000 to invest..
Where do I start?


PS: No I won't buy your ebook or any of that junk. Or invest money into you.

 

There are a lot better things to invest $50,000 into then gold farming...

Hell you could drop $50k into bonds or certificates or even a high return interest growth account and make more than running even a mid size bot farm and that's NO WORK.

Obviously the best place to start would be osbot.org, tribot.org, dreambot.org, runemate, powerboat and the other bots and read about gold farming, sythe isn't a bot forum so theres less information available here.

I'd highly advise investing in growth interest accounts or stocks and bonds over a gold farm if you have $50k in assets that's usable.

On topic: yes you should buy a damn guide. They are helpful from people who already do that for real. Doubtful anyone will just give you all their secrets but I'm certain that by paying for it, you will be granted access. Thanks.

 

No, you shouldn't buy a guide. A guide is filled with saturated methods that won't be pulling in any revenue for him. If you want to do a botfarm you have to switch it up and be the first (or the very few) to do something that people need. Although $50k is quite a bit of money to be putting into a video game, you really should consider doing something IRL that may be pulling in more money.

 

I definitely second what @Bus369 stated.
If you have 50K, you can dump that into a lot of investments that will change your game.
Shoot, spend some money on going to a Tony Robbins Seminar and invest the rest elsewhere.
If you really want to invest in gold just for the pure "Sport" of it.
Start smaller.
Maybe like 2-5K
The problem with Big money investments into the game so fast without prior experience, is your money isn't secure at all.
You gotta "get good" and the farming process, the trading process, the mules process.
If you dump 30-50K on bots and bills right out the gate, it's likely you'll catch a ban hammer

 

I don't know if RS has changed...but back then, with just 2-3 bots, I ran fishing bots, would convert into $100/day. That's 36K a year. With 2-3 bots.

Now if you ask anyone, 36k a year...is a great return on 50k.

ALSO that's only 2-3 bots...imagine what you could do with hundreds?

 

2-3 fishing bots w/o ban is max $10 a day, and you have to take in account mems/super high ban rate for fishing.
If you have $50k you want to invest but don't know much of current rs you won't get very far. For it to be effective you will need to find your own botting method which is rarely used, then buy a private script for it, vps, set up accounts etc.
- for a botting method that is barely used you will probably need to buy a guide since you don't have much rs knowledge atm
- As Bus said, there are much easier and reliable methods for you to invest 50k.
- You will need to start small scale before anything big.

 

As the others have mentioned I would suggest using the money to invest in RL entities. While you might believe that investing through RS may garner higher returns (It is possible and i do not doubt the astronomical numbers that RS can pull), I feel that this is merely temporal. Something more sustainable in the long run would be shares/stocks/bonds etc, coupled with the fact that it is highly exponential and you will be able to pick up decent skills during the process
