Possible Ban Evasion by Gvmy

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
Although I do not currently have a IP audit I can see highly suspicious activity that could suggest evasion.
First we must go back to this report: Westcoastbaby Scammer
1) Both suggest/mention the user Hiper - Hiper is/was offline when the thread was made:

2) User joined the day after westcoastbaby was banned.
3) Both users share a similar age (Both 21 years of age and both born in 1996)
4) Both share the same if not similar interest areas - Interested in Xbox name tags/using Kik in order to communicate with customers.
This cannot be a coincidence so this means that either the users are related to each other or quite possibly Gvmy is attempting to continue his scam by using an alternative Kik.

 

I will go ahead and ban based on the circumstantial evidence. He can feel free to dispute if he wants.
