Maxed main rental?

I have a few questions regarding this i hope i can get answered

Is there actually money to be made renting out a maxed main?
Is it secure as in "ban / mutes" on the account
Do people comply to the TOS rules when renting one? and how do the renters check that they obey them?
And what options do you have to get the account back if people go over the agreed time? (without submitting a recovery)

Dont think its a good idea to teach out how to boot off people from staking rentals.
But its a good money making method and not so high risk of being muted/banned (what I think)

 

i was told by a mate the answer to that question (booting), have you ever rented out an account?

 

Yes I have but people dont tend to stay on the acc they just want their deposit back so they logout

 

do they obey to the rules and dont rwt etc and do malicious activity on the account?

 

I think its good to watch wat they are doing. If they mess it up you just boot them off
