Paypal scam, how i lost 100m

well he had a verified address but not a verified bank account apparently. If you receive money and it says something like this " you have successfully received funds from a debit or credit card" it means they can claim and cancel and every thing and end up calling the credit card company saying they don't recall it and no matter what you do or did they reach in your bank account and grab that money that he paid you and reverses it.

I did read how to not get scammed via paypal but both methods of seeing it they had a verified bank came through inconclusive.
The sellers protection policy came up as " "ineligible" as well

PLEASE DISCUSS HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

 

Always have a backup paypal, send money you get to your backup, next time

 

because i had a verified bank account, it just took money out of that

 

This is why in all of the stickies and many threads in the RS Gold buying forum they say do not accept debit or credit card payments... theres just about nothing you can do.
